Hi there friend,
Would you like to learn somatic practices for self-healing with me online, with our community of sensitive and soulful women?
breath
self-touch
movement
sound
being held in sacred space
falling back in love with your body

How does it work?
It’s very simple. And if you want to talk all this through with me first, let’s chat, no pressure.
Meet on Zoom.
Every Tuesday 9.30-10.45am
UK time
£10 drop-in
What do I need?
An internet connection with your tablet or laptop, and access to Zoom.
A private space in which to practise.
Yoga mat, blanket, cushions.
Warm comfy clothes.
A natural oil like almond oil for self-massage

How do I pay?
£10 by bank transfer to my bank account, I will send you my details privately.
How do I join?
With a unique zoom link and passcode, I will send you these privately.
Can you record the sessions?
Yes, if you can’t join live you can ask to access the recording, which is available for 1 week. I only send recordings to people who we know personally, because they have attended live previously or have come to our retreats.
After our group check-in, from 9.20-9.30am
(How do you feel in your body today, and what might you need from today’s session?)
You…
lie down,
breathe,
close your eyes if you choose,
and follow the guidance of my voice for the next 60-75 minutes.
You don’t need to look at the screen until we come together again for our check-out…
(How did that feel for you, what did you notice during the practice?).
What’s it like?
Doing somatic practices with me, you can expect to experience:
Profound states of calm, relaxation and integration.
Profound states of excitement, joy, even ecstasy.
Quietening of the mind chatter, more spaciousness between thoughts.
Deepening connection to your body, especially your belly and pelvis, where your creative fire lives.
A more sensual and sacred experience of your everyday life.
Clarity in your choices and decisions, and greater equanimity when there is no clarity to be found. Life is often messy and challenging, and that’s part of the beauty.
A deep appreciation of your own body, your beloved home, and a growing capacity to take better care of yourself.
