Your body is always trying to tell you something, through the language of sensations and symptoms. Maybe it’s a whisper, a subtle feeling of tension. Maybe it’s a deep scream, like a raging migraine.
I help you to listen to your body at ever deepening levels of connection. I help you to ease and release pain and tension. I help you to find alignment and balance from within your body, so that you can feel at home in your skin.

I help you to know your body as sacred ground: whole, complete, beautiful…. and belonging here, right now, on this earth.
You do the healing work, I’m your guide who walks alongside. I will invite you to breathe, touch, move and sound in intuitive and instinctive ways.

I am especially adept at supporting you in healing your food and body image challenges, having healed my own eating disorder and worked with many women for them to heal theirs.

How does it work?
We meet weekly, 12 sessions over 3 months on Zoom. Some people also choose to do several blocks, working together for 6 or 9 months, or even a year.
You can also book an individual session for your curiosity or to focus on a specific issue.

You will need:
A laptop or tablet with internet connection and Zoom installed.
A private, warm and cosy space in which to practice.
A yoga mat, blankets, cushions.
A natural massage oil like almond oil for self massage.

How long do the sessions last?
60-75mins. Sometimes we need a little more time to integrate after a session.
Sometimes you’ve reached your capacity for awareness and embodiment, and that’s ok.

How much does it cost?
£75 for an individual session.
£660 for 12 weekly sessions, at the discounted price of £55 per session.
Friends on lower incomes, you can ask me for my concession rates if you need to:
£45 for an individual session.
£486 for 12 weekly sessions, at the concession discounted rate of £40.50 per person.
